The principal founders of the company are Bill Ditz and David Ditz of Colorado Springs. Originally from the highly competitive California market, the Ditz brothers have been actively engaged in the real estate investment, development and management industry for a combined total of over 50 years. During this time period, Bill and David have been directly involved in the acquisition and development of over $500 million of income-producing office and industrial properties; the successful development, leasing, management and financing of over 6 million square feet of office and industrial buildings, the successful entitlement and development of over 800 acres of business park land, and the analysis and management of a wide variety of real properties and investment opportunities within the western United States over three decades.
